Using state-of-the-art equipment and the most technically advanced die-cutting procedures, our production staff will transform your blueprint to a finished part quickly and correctly. No quantity is too small, including prototype runs for new design requirements and testing.

High-speed presses handle volumes into the millions of parts, quickly and correctly. From miniature to over 100 inches in diameter can be knife cut, die-cut , cnc-cut, or hand fabricated. Large inventories of materials facilitate quick turn-around time. Quality procedures assure correct parts.

Dieless Gasket Cutting

With our software driven CNC equipment we can achieve a very high degree of efficiancy. Precise edges and tight tolerances allow us to nest material and reduce waste significantly. The biggest advantage is our capability to reduce turnaround time for production samples. This provides you with better opportunities to test and iterate.

Traditional Tooling Programs

Here at Essential Sealing Products, Inc. we recognize that not every customers' needs are the same and, because of this, we have two different ways to tool for a new gasket design.

The first and most popular is the One Time Partial Tooling Charge program (OTPTC). In this program, we share the cost of the tool with our customer. The maintenance and storage is our responsibility. This tool will not be removed from our warehouse and we will never use this tool for other customers.

The second program is Customer Ownership Tooling, where the initial tooling cost is higher and the maintenance is the customers responsibility. ESP will be responsible for the storage.
